Located in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip at 3570 Las Vegas Blvd S, Beijing Noodle No. 9 offers an authentic dive into Chinese culinary traditions with a refined, contemporary twist. This Chinese restaurant is a sanctuary for noodle lovers and seekers of bold, complex flavors, showcasing a rich menu that spans from fiery Sichuan spices to comforting, classic broths.
Beijing Noodle No. 9 excels in delivering an extensive array of dishes that tantalize the palate. Standout selections like the Dan Dan Noodle with Minced Pork and Numbing Spicy Sauce perfectly balance heat and savoriness, with the numbing Sichuan peppercorn creating a distinctive tingle that elevates each bite. Their Spicy Beef Noodle Soup offers a hearty, aromatic experience, with tender beef melting into a broth layered with deep, spicy undertones. Meanwhile, the Seafood Hot and Sour Soup delivers a vibrant harmony of tang and umami that awakens the senses.
Seafood enthusiasts will delight in elegant preparations such as the Crispy Salt and Pepper Prawn and Stir-Fried Diver Scallop with Asparagus in XO Sauce, each dish presenting fresh, succulent textures with bold seasoning. The Honey Walnut Prawn is a crowd-pleaser, blending sweet, crunchy, and creamy elements that make it truly irresistible. Vegetable dishes provide a perfect counterpart, with offerings like Ma Po Tofu in Chili Bean Sauce and Stir-Fried Seasonal Greens with Garlic showcasing freshness and balance, ideal for lighter, vibrant bites.
For poultry lovers, classics such as General Tso’s Chicken and Kung Pao Chicken are presented with a keen eye for authentic flavors and textures, caramelized with just the right amount of heat and sweetness. The Beijing Pancake Wrap with Cilantro offers a refreshing, customizable handheld delight, while Duck Fried Rice combines rich, savory notes with perfectly cooked grains.
Beijing Noodle No. 9’s atmosphere combines understated elegance with a modern edge. Though some visitors find the glass-filled exterior to be slightly reserved or even cafeteria-like, the quiet ambiance creates a calm oasis away from the usual bustle of the casino environment. This subtle setting allows the food to truly shine and encourages intimate, focused dining experiences. Service can occasionally show signs of the restaurant’s high demand—some guests have noted longer wait times, though many also praise the attentiveness once engaged.
Guests like Amber Lee celebrate it as one of the best culinary experiences on the Strip, calling it a “hidden gem” whose flavors far outshine the quiet surroundings. Similarly, RA Null highlights the restaurant as a top-tier sit-down option where the perfect meal balance can be achieved, describing dishes like the Singapore Noodles and Crispy Milk Custard as impeccable choices. While some, like I EY, experienced a slower start to service, the quality of the food and overall atmosphere maintained a strong positive impression.
Whether you are seeking soul-warming soups, fiery Sichuan specialties, or fresh stir-fries packed with texture and zest, Beijing Noodle No. 9 serves up an authentic and memorable journey for Chinese cuisine enthusiasts. Its location within Caesar’s Palace makes it an ideal spot for both casual lunches and celebratory dinners, with a menu diverse enough to satisfy adventurous palates and traditional tastes alike.
One of the best restaurants we ate at during our trip, and a lesser frequented one at that. Not sure if you can call this spot a hidden gem but it definitely feels that way based on where it is in the casino. Beijing Noodle 9 has a quiet, glass filled exterior that probably isn’t as inviting as it should be because the food is good. We were seated for a party of 2 right away and our server was very nice and on top of things. We noticed how the waitresses and waiters were dressed traditionally which complimented the traditional fish tank in the middle. The setting itself is like a modern Chinese spot and you can see the chefs at work which we think is a cool touch during the waiting process. We ordered a good amount of food since Chinese is our favorite. We got the: green onion pancake, chicken chow mein with no veggies, and their Shanghai soup dumpling. The green onion pancake was good, not anything special but it had a nice flavor. The chicken chow mein was very tasty with a generous amount of chicken all throughout the meal. The noodles were cooked perfectly and the sauce was savory. The thing to note is the pronounced garlic flavor in the dish. Lastly, the Shanghai soup dumplings were good, hot with a bit of a doughy flavor to the dumpling itself. The filling was good though, just not the best Shanghai soup dumplings we’ve ever had. The food altogether was good, nothing that was the best of what we’ve ever had but it feels like Chinese food is a rare commodity on the strip. Beijing Noodle 9 is a decent spot, certainly better than most on the strip. It isn’t lavish but it isn’t no frills either, it’s just good, solid food in a convenient spot just off from penny slots and before the elevators to take you up to your room. We would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a quick bite of Chinese without looking to head anywhere off the beaten path.
Had lunch here during my stay at Caesar's Palace. The service was the worst quality as it took about 10-12 minutes to get greeted and our orders taken. The servers either work in team service or were just really not that attentive because of the delays in getting a server and some things during our service. Other than that the food was great and the atmosphere of the restaurant as well as the decor were beautiful. The only downfall other than slow service is the fact that the dishes are a la carte, no rice or anything comes with the main entrees everything has to be ordered separately for an extra $4.99 here and there, but its Vegas so it is what it is. I had the Kung Pan Chicken and some delicious Soup Dumplings, My mom had the Beef and Broccoli and my Dad had some Hot and Sour soup and some spring rolls with a mixed vegetable dish as well since he's vegetarian. The food was great, I would swing by in the future just for some of those food dumplings or a big bowl of beef and soup but other than that, the place isn't bad but I feel there are other offerings around that would compete
I love trying new places, and since we were staying at Caesar’s Palace and inviting out some friends we hadn’t seen in a decade, I chose Beijing Noodle No 9 for us to meet and eat! I pored over reviews to see what I would want to eat, and I’m unsure why there were some low reviews! We did not make reservations, but made our way on a typical busy Sunday night (4 conventions going on!), but it wasn’t packed and it was easy tog eat a seat. I was so excited we got the coveted table in the back with the large round lazy Susan! My husband started with spring rolls with hot mustard, and he was super pleased with the spiciness of the mustard. I settled on the Singapore noodles and there was ample shrimp and pork in it! The curry was of medium spice - perfect for my palate! I only usually like mild things! I definitely could not finish it! My husband and one of our friends decided on the King Pao, and our other guests got dumplings and soup. Everyone was pleased! The prices weren’t that horrible; seeing we are in Vegas, but the price of the green tea was pretty steep ($6.99). My husband and I had leftovers for a couple of days! The interior? BEAUTIFUL. I wanted to live there and have every meal there. White metal designed walls - I can’t even explain! We definitely will be dining here again !
We weren’t feeling well and decided to try this restaurant for soup. Neither of us got soup and loved both our meals. Atmosphere felt a little cafeteria-like but otherwise service was fast and food was delicious.
One of the best full service sit down options on the strip at its price point. We followed the recommendations of our server and had the Singapore noodles, pepper beef tenderloin and crispy milk custard. It was the perfect amount for two people. The Singapore noodles had a great texture, they’re very fine and pair well with the vegetables and meat (the pork was delicious though we didn’t have it as a main). We added the table chili sauce which had a nice heat and added acid to the dish. The pepper beef tenderloin beef was super tender and the asparagus was amazingly cooked keeping its crunch, but still tender on the inside. Lastly the crispy milk custard wasn’t sweet but the fat from the custard and frying made it delicious and a great way to end our meal. The milk custard takes a second so I would order it earlier next time. After we were seated we did have a long time with the menu, but we we’re having trouble deciding so we appreciated that we never felt rushed throughout the meal. The service team was very attentive with a lot of small touches (water with no ice, checking on us while the custard was made, new table settings for dessert) and attention to detail (our server came to confirm a food modification was correct when our food was delivered). The only negative was that smoke from the casino floor was occasionally noticeable.
We were seated immediately. The food was served hot and fresh in a timely manner. The facility is clean and the staff is pleasant. The decor is wild and the goldfish aquariums add the the charm. 5 stars from me.
